The Complaints Platform provides an online, multilingual complaint form which consumers can use to make complaints to companies and other organisations. The layout of the form and the structure of the complaints handling procedure help the company to resolve your problem quickly and easily, thereby making sure you avoid costly alternatives, such as legal action. Furthermore, all companies registering with the CCform Platform are obliged to abide by our code of conduct, which means your rights as a consumer are protected at all times. A Surveillance Committee oversees the Platform and ensures the respect of the CCform Code of Conduct.	(DEMO) File a complaint in :
